FILE A COMPLAINT

If you have encountered a problem with a mover or are dissatisfied with the quality of service they have provided you, there is a series of steps you can take in order to resolve the issue.


STEP ONE

Contact the mover directly. They want to hear what you have to say and if errors were made, letting them know is the best way to ensure they never happen again. They want to make sure you are satisfied with their service.


STEP TWO

Get in touch with MMA directly, we want to ensure that our members provide excellent service to all our clients. Contact the Michigan Movers Association in one of the following ways:


STEP THREE

If you think the mover has violated the law and you wish to take action, contact the Michigan State Police, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division (CVED) directly to voice your complaints.  The CVED office oversees all household moves in the state of Michigan. The CVED office can be reached at (517) 284-8113.
